Team
Our team is made up of volunteers. Partner of the Université Paris-Saclay, our premises are located in the campus of Orsay 5 minutes walk from the station of Orsay of the RER B. We receive you without appointment at the times of permanence.
Objective
Our goal is to offer a personalized service and no agency fees for students as for owners.
Mission
Heberjeunes helps students, interns, young employees and doctoral students find housing adapted to their income. The accommodations are close to the sites of the Université Paris-Saclay and accessible by public transport.
Shares
Our volunteers visit each unit before integrating it into their database and send the students an updated list of available units each week.
We know all the owners with whom we have built a true relationship of trust by offering them our experience and expertise. In addition to additional income they also benefit from a presence that can be valuable.
We select candidates upstream, manage visits. We eventually draft the contracts and can make tax advice adapted to each situation.
